I’m not suggesting that we are monkeys, but we all can figure out what a healthy environment is for a monkey, So
          1. Why do we regularly feed ourselves such bad food?
          2. Why do we put ourselves under high levels of chronic mental stress and unhealthy relationships?
          3. Why don’t we exercise everyday like we know we need?
If we could all get fresh seasonal foods, have lower mental stress levels and do regular exercise, our health would improve very rapidly. we could sleep better, think clearer and avoid chronic disease.
