3 Great ways to manage a disc Injury.

We all know someone who has had a disc injury, and it can be a catastrophically painful experience.
Correct management in the short term can mean a much quicker, and more comfortable recovery.

3. Stay mobile – don’t lie in bed for days on end. Research shows that the sooner you move around, walk, crawl, etc, the faster you will recover. When you are immobile, your muscles waste away and you will have a slower recovery, and are more prone to injury in the future.
